I read alot of reviews and benchmarks and realized that in general AMD GPUs are performing much better @5760 with AA.
I thought this was due to VRAM but it seems like something else is affecting the performance. Does anyone why?
Hi everyone,
I started building my own system this year. Fairly new to this industry, I have never bought pc components on BF or CM. I have been saving some money expecting to find good deals for this coming November. I think it will be great for everyone if you can share your past experience...
I just purchased Xeon X5698. This is very interesting CPU.
I couldnt really find any bench information on X5698, really curious how it would perform against 990x and 2600k on single-dual core intensive tasks like pi-test.
Is there anything special about this X5698 on process procedures?? I...
Thanks for the advise. I'm just worried of price going back up again.. I'm upgrading because my friend gave me 2 monitors(i was using 2). Now I have 2x24' and 2x23', I want to try 4 monitors @ 1920x1080. Not sure if it's possible do.
I pretty much play all new games, except strategy games.
omg what happened to the price recently. Last time when I checked it was at par with 690.
I should definitely go with 7990, the price difference is just ridiculous.
btw anyone knows the reason for the price drop?? Were there any issues?
I recently sold my game account for good $$, and trying to upgrade my gpu.
I did some research on 690 and 7990, but it seemed like most of the reviews were not fair. Maybe influenced by the sponsors. Anyways, what's better for gaming purpose?
