Interesting. I have 16gb paired with my 2200G. (I bought the ram last year when it was cheap). I actually have found a benefit in some games by setting the memory to 2GB. I was getting some stuttering on 1GB and almost none with 2GB. But again, individual mileage may vary.
Interesting, both Newegg and Amazon Canada are sold out of the 2400g. Low initial stock or somkin' sales I wonder. I went with the 2200g and there are still those around to be had.
Just ordered the 2200g up here in the great white north. I thought about the 2400g but the premium we pay in Canada was close to $100 more than the 2200g and I couldn't justify it. As it is, the 2200g is going for $129, but that's about right when you consider the difference between the U.S...
I found mine on ebay. There's a few of them out there. Like lots of others, I'm waiting for the new APU's to come out, but this should hold me over for a few months.
Just ordered it and am going to pair it up with a A12-9800E until the new APUs show up, whenever that will be. I've also ordered some 2666mHz Team memory as I've heard they're a pretty good match.

NCIX has the ASRock boards listed. I certainly hope those are not the final prices. I'm not so interested in dropping $200 for a B350 board. I was thinking\hoping the B350 boards would come in around $100.

Yes, that's the board I'm using. Make sure you get the latest bios. It's really easy upgrading if it isn't the latest.
The board has been stable for months. Really good board IMO.
That is strange. I have an Asrock H97 mini-itx board paired with the 5675C and it is working fine. I'd send Asus a message on their chat boards and try to get an answer. Just my 2 cents...
I was having the same issue trying to find a 5675C in Canada. Finally I found an OEM version at Overclockers UK and just went ahead and bought it. Shipping was quick and it actually turned out to be about the same price I would have paid in Canada for it, so no buyers' remorse from me.

Most likely the reason for the high temps, at least in my experience is that you were sitting in the bios doing things. I have had this happen to me in the past where I've been in the bios (I have an MSI board with an A10-5700) and the temps have gone through the roof.

Newegg now has two ECS models. They have the ECS KBN-I/5200 and the ECS KBN-I/2100. The 5200 looks nice but it's a bit pricey. I'm guessing it will come down in a few months however. Very nice to see Kabini boards!
