did the monitor use to work at this setting just fine? check the monitor drivers, if you can't find the exact ones use a driver that is for a monitor that is the same size and that has manny differen't rates to choose.... then test using each one...

As I understand it the multiplier for the Thunderbird 1.0ghz is 10x, the 1.1ghz is 11x, 1.2ghz 12x. The kt7-raid only goes as high as 12.5x.. So we can see the limitations of over clocking the 1.2 using the multiplier settings.
