Maybe try setting it on a different port. Maybe the college has something in place that is filtering packets on that port. Not sure if it can be done, but when I had comcast they did some funny stuff. Once I changed the port number it cleared things up. Worth a try to see.

ktwebb, The belkin does not have any ports on them other than placing it on the hub. the same with the wap11 B. The only port on the back comes out and into either a hub or another bridge.
