I'd say go with an intel card, they have good throughput, which is always important at a lanparty, and I've had mine up to 160 fsb without a problem, I can't say the system was 100% stable, but I'm pretty sure it was the video card and the uptime was still over 2 days at a time. I've read...

people keep mentioning the 72x, kenwood stopped making those not too long ago, and they're getting harder to find by the day, if you want one you might wont to pick one up, or get one in the fs/ft forum, I'm sure people are getting rid of them. why get a 56x cdrom if your going to get that...

If you got a fop32 why not a fop38 same design just bigger and according to as far as I know every hardware site on the internet (okay only most) it's the best cooler? I'm just saying don't put your eggs in one basket.

Storing standard text in a database?

I understand all of that part and everything but what I'm wondering is how do i actually store the text in the field do i do it by row or what. Unless i missed something you can only store up to 256 or 255 characters per uhh the word escapes me at the moment, per box.

Looking for help or a tutorial on how to convert/make a database driven website

I'm needing to convert my website, the cold shop, to something databse driven. Like anandtech but with mysql and php or perl. Any tutorial or anything like that would be really helpful. what would be even better if somebody had the stuff laying around that i could use for my site :D

Webmasters - Who do you use or would recommend for dedicated/colocation server
