    Why would he need a board that runs 213 to hit 3.4 ghz? Math doesn't make sense.... 213 x 18 = 3.83. Turbo gives two bins on all cores at once on this chip... So you get an 18 multi. So to hit 3.4 requires bclk to be 188, and to hit 3.6 requires 200. Both are pretty easy on most boards that...

    No way you need VTT of 1.5! I've got all 6 Dimm slots populated, turbo and HT on, and stable at 210 bclk... VTT is 1.3, on air, temps don't break 60c when using all cores to transcode video. Vecore is 1.26 ish in bios and lower in OS.

    That looks a lot better. I'm at 210 x 18x @ 1.24v, turbo to 20X (2 cores) same. But I'm running my RAM pretty slow (~1300) and loose (9-9-9) because I have 6x2GB. Stable in ITB and Prime and FCP and gaming.

    Just bumped to 205 bclk without changing voltages. Cb 855/9.52. Still can't get x20 to kick in on two cores in Mavericks.

    I've been following this thread for two months or so-- incredible resource. Now that I swapped in an L5639 for my i7-950, I might as well add a datapoint-- particularly because I'm using this in a dual-boot Mavericks Hackintosh/Win7 system. This is on a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R v. 2 with FH BIOS...
