true, there seems to have been a decline in both quality and innovation recently - and some horrible ports for PC. I think it's probably down to the generation change - publishers want to milk franchises at any cost. Arkham Origins, NFS, BF4, CoD etc.

i am in complete agreement. Console gamers want physical copies even at a higher cost due to tradition i suppose. But the way Microsoft put it across, it all seemed very dodgy. I for one don't even know why the Xbox One has a BD drive! All digital would have been great IF it was like Steam...

Nobody can deny that Windows and DirectX offer the best tools for PC gaming. But it wouldn't surprise me if MS were to pull off a dick move with this. They'll find a way.

You make a good point. But Valve promote multi-platform games. SteamOS is basically to persuade people away from Microsoft's API to open source, but tbh that's not a bad thing. Microsoft abuses its market power far more imo

PS Plus gives you free games on Vita, PS4, ps3. Also, PSN was crap but they claim to have invested into it so only fair to charge like MS do

If there was only 100 consoles and they all sold out, does that make it high in demand? No. It just means they are SCARCE - i.e. Demand is greater than supply. But if supply is low in the first place, it doesn't tell you much
