My PC turns on on its own when I turn it off

About tesselation and resource consumption

I went into the amd control center and turned the tesselation from amd optimized to the setting of the application, in this case games. will it make any difference in performance?

Sorry If I didnt explain myself correctly, the framerate is low al the time, not just huge drops. Well, I didnt know that the highest level of tesselation is for nvidia cards, that sucks, I will remember to set it at medium. And sorry for the profanity xD

Im thinking about death adder 2013, I have been looking at grip pictures and I think mine is fingertip kind. I can go palm grip but I get tired. I have read that deathadder is more designed for palm but its ok for figertips, what do you think? and also about the overall quality of it
