that avr is old, no hdmi from what i see, i would upgrade it
that sub is not very powerful, but try it, see if its enough for you

other than that anything should work, as the apple tv, and roku would connect via hdmi
if you get a splitter, make sure its active and supports the hdcp 2.2, to avoid any issues

most any headset will work, find one at your price point
the push to talk option can usually be disabled in the game, or whatever else they use for chatting
