I bought one this morning and it is OK, used mt first $20 off $20 on it... The blue light is much cooler than the red eye of Microsoft. That thing spooked me out. Anyway, went back with the wife after shift changes and attempted to use another $20 off $20 and I had to talk the Assistant Manager...
File off the leading edge of the Chorme Orb to ensure proper fit around the Caps- worked for me. Aluminum is soft so just about any 1" file will do a good job.

I have purchased product from mercata in the past. I did it once actually. They just brokered the product. The actual product dealer shipped a DVD player in the manufacturers box via UPS ground... Hmmm
= one broke DVD player. Who knows how your product will be shipped and if they will back up...
Can't complain here. I received my two orders today- total of 75 Imation CDRs and 25 of those ugly CD cases for a total of just $17.56.

Once again some nice folks over there. Contrast the customer service with that from the Staples CSR from Hell, and I think all is fair.
