Cheap managed switch (with at least 1x10Gbit port and 5x Gbit port), no router with per port bandwidth settings..

I dont care is box is named switch or router, but really only need to balance bandwith between different clients, its not family stuff, but for different flats, where i need to guarantee speed per client so only QoS is not enough for sure.

Thanks, i have similar with min RPM ~ 300, so you are saying using it without L.N.A and U.L.N.A and set speed only through bios? So if normal speed is 1200 i should set up curve in bios to 25% to get 1200/4= 300 RPM?
