When I try do delete the primary dos partition, it says "Could not change partitions, because the disk could not be locked." ...I want nothing on my computer, fresh start...and now it says I can't even delete this stuff? What do I do?

Well I thought there was something in the start menu for making a boot disk, but not on mine I guess..? So would somebody please tell me how to make one!

I fdisked my machine and re-installed everything I needed (I installed the latest drivers I could find for my video card). I tried to play Tribes (not Tribes 2) and the graphics are all ridged and the game runs very framey (this is not lag). I'm not sure what to do! Please help me...
