I've gotten everything I ever paid for on kickstarter. I also choose to fund projects from companies that have already proven themselves with prior kickstarter campaigns.

Look into Pilates classes at your local gym or community center. There are also a few good DVDs and books on the subject, but it is intense and you might be better off working with a trainer first.

Do muscles "really" need time to recover? Gymnasts seem to do fine without recovery

Every person is different, don't work out again until you feel no muscle pain. Could be 3 or 4 days. Just wait. If you work out to soon you are not going to help your muscles recover and grow

Heavy and slow. Not suitable for competition unless you like to finish way, way, way at the back. Designed for middle aged moms to ride up and down a groomed rail-trail. If you want off-road & on-road + suitable (more or less) for tri racing, look at a cyclocross bike.

The best thing you can do for your muscles is still just to eat as much healthy food as you can, drink a lot of water periodically throughout the day, and use a good protein drink (i like On Whey.)

Drinking water before meals

drinking water before meals stops you eating so much, the downside is an hour or so later, following some indigestion, you'll only be hungry again and you'll eat even more.

5 Reasons to Buy Frozen Fruits and Veggies

I eat so much meat I fear of a heart attack, Steak and burgers are my thing, than walleye and perch and sometime chicken and veal. I'm just saying it is great t know that frozen veggies are so much better for you. How fast is it to warm them up, very pleased to read this meant no anti meat on...
