Newly Built PC does not start

Dumb question, but is the outlet from your wall supplying power? There is a "light" switch in my garage that turns the power outlets on and off and I didn't know it. I had a major dunce moment recently because I couldn't figure out why my outlets didn't work....

Monitor for gaming that isn't very reflective

I HATE, HATE, HATE "mirror" screens. I recently purchased an Acer H236HLbid because it was inexpensive, had IPS, and decent reviews. I hate the glossy screen. Are there any 23"-24" monitors that are $300 or less, have at least a less-glossy screen, and are good for gaming? Thanks.

Should air from an exhaust fan be cool during CPU stress test?

I ran Prime95 test on my 4770k and CPU temps went over 90c but the air coming out of the rear exhaust didn't feel noticeably warmer. My Powercolor r9 290 reached 75c during Furmark and I could notice warmer air out of the rear exhaust. Does this mean something is wrong with my stock cpu...

How do you test CPU temps?

I noticed that there really isn't any warm air coming out of my rear exhaust during the CPU stress test. During Furmark, my Powercolor r9 290 gets to 75c and I feel the air getting warmer coming out of the exhaust. Is this normal?

How do you test CPU temps?

Thank you all for the information. I'm not sure how to tell if the stock heatsink and fan are installed correctly. I'm also not sure how to tell if the thermal paste needs to be redone.
