I emailed 800.com last night, still no response. Of course I didn't have the screen shot at that time. I'll try talking to a CSR today and see if it'll get me anywhere.

Does anybody have a screen shot of the $50 gift check before 800.com changed it? I ordered the 32" PIP model on the 22nd, seeing that promotion. Obviously, it didn't show up in my cart, but I thought it was just one of those things where the new promos haven't been updated yet.
