Well, my question was not about politics. I was wondering if anyone knows a relatively up to date ultrabook with a non-intel processor. I found the asus I mentioned, I guess that could be an option. Does HP have anything good? It must have good build quality.

I assumed (and hoped) someone would enlighten me more about AMD, because I don't know a lot about them. Intel has caught a bad political reputation, so they are being watched, but then I guess the other companies can probably get away with a lot of stuff at the same time.
