Window 10 64 bit audio issue.

Thats interesting , recieved my Denon today. They apparently ran out of the X3300, so they sent the X3400H at no charge. So, hopefully it will already have the firmware updates, etc on it. Plan on setting it up tomorrow.

Mass Effect Andromeda (2016)

Finally got this game and played about 30 hours. I cant get a multiplayer game for Apex misions- each time I try I am alone. So, Guess that dead. Only payed $10 -so no complaints. Its is pretty good game for $10, so glad I waited until the game animations were improved, etc.

Need help with picking a new TV /AVR

Well after further review I purchased AVR3300X for $599. My Bic towers and Spica speakers( 4 ohm) are power hogs and for the $100 more it has a tiny bit more power, a better Audyssey, and a few other small features. Now onto the new 4K TV.

Unfortunately - the 2nd amendment states very clearly - an armed "militia". Militia is a term for military armed soldier. So ya, it doesn't state the right for an armed farmer, hunter, not sportsman, etc. So, as weird as it sounds the second amendement clearly protects ALL GUNS (weapons) used...

Well- it appears the Sony ARV's are out- I have a pair of Spica T50 's speakers that I was planning on using and they are only down to 6 ohm ( unless you use another amp via pre-amp outs. So , I guess Denon it is.

Very good point. I could not find any reason the 2400 was "better" - just like I cant find any info why the Sony 1080 and the 810ES are different - with the ES model supposedly much better- no one seems knows why.

Yep, not a great game. Good story but Poor AI. Pretends to be open world, when it is actually very linear. Uses cheap tricks to make game difficult- fog,smoke, and other visual difficulties as well as being very inconsistent regarding what you can climb under/over, jump over or to, what doors...

What do you think of an Xbox One S as a 4K blu-ray player?

If most of the movies you buy/rent are all upscaled from 2k/1080P masters. Cant you then just buy/rent the regular 1080P Blue Ray movie disc with a good Blue Ray player and then use a good AVR that upscales to make it 4k movie? That same AVR will also probably have Dolby vision, DTX, etc. on it...

Also you can look for used equipment. For your budget someone who has a 3-5 year old gaming PC that they built themselves will work for you, but not up to their needs anymore. Used monitors are all over the place. Make sure you check that all parts you buy used are working properly.

Yep- got it up and running - reset Cmos did the trick - reset the GPU ( AMD 290) may also have been the issue. The LED lights on the mobo (under the heatsink) still do not work - I don't care. But all else is good - other than the front case fan not working - brand new Phanteks- irritating...
