I think youre good to go with that 4790k@4.7GHz. Your Cpu will be much stronger than a 6700k Stock. I suggest you to enable C1 State with offset+, that will give you much lower temps while you do light task in windows.

3930k is a very good Cpu to overclock. Even if your not an Overclocker buy an AIO Watercooling system and do a search how to oc... With a speed of 4.6 - 4.8 you will outperform 6700k In all scenarios.
