    Hi, I just setup my SLI 6600GT using the beta 80.x drivers as i'm using eVGA and XFX cards. If I disable SLI, my dual monitors work fine, but when SLI is kicked in, i lose one monitor. Is there any way to get the best of both worlds? It's a bit of a pain having to switch between the two...

    Suggestion: when you go into a saved favorite thread, the dropdown should change the option "Save favorite" to "Remove Favorite." There's no reason to be able to add the same thread as a favorite if it's already in the list.

    It's going to be my NAS/download box too and i'm going to be using a cheap raid5 card that doesn't have its own on-board processor. Oh yeah, i'm cheap (read: poor) too :P. If I can save a few bucks and get a faster processor to boot, I'm all for it.

    You're right, the 7000 is compatible with socket a, but unfortunately not with my NF7-S (Chart) I saw that the Thermalright SP-97 is a good contender for being quite efficient but looks like the fins go beyond the motherboard's edge on an abit nf7-s. maybe it's just the angle of the camera...

    from personal experience, i've never had any problems with rounded cables. my ide/floppy cables are uv reactive too -- from bestbyte.net all my uv stuff (2xUV Tubes, inverter, sound module) came from svc.com.

    nope. the brightness level is the same when the 2nd tube is energized. although i must say, do NOT touch the pcb of the inverter trying to hot-plug the 2nd tube - my thumb has a nice scorched mark. i thought the orange flame was the something w/ the pcb (the solder point got me), not me! good...

    I'm pretty sure using the ATA133 card that it came with will make the drive work, but then that'll messy-up the case -- trying to leave out as many devices as possible. I hope Abit comes out with a patch for this--Abit's newest board not supporting 200GB, yeesh
