Norton Ghost - People still use it?

I was just thinking the same thing. Then I thought "Well, ghosting it takes 5 minutes if done right" so perhaps it wasn't that bad. But then he mentioned the "it took me 5 times to figure this out" makes me think he wasn't technical enough to setup ghost right. Just my take on it.

Neither one of you mentioned what OS you are running. In XP, you can right click the file, and choose Open With -> Choose program. Once you make your selection, click the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this type of file." Hope this helps.
