    2-3k is about the right range unless your going through a credit union. That being said check DFCU if you have great credit, they might be able to top that.

    For those who lift weights...

    Local shops / internet shops usually top GNC, even after the gold card discounts. Most smaller shops will match/beat prices just to keep the business. Also, keep an eye out on the dates of products from GNC, lot of times its near expiration (and most products have a huge shelf life).

    I owned a 98 Spyder, loved it. I heard all the "girls car" comments but they came mostly from 16 year old kids. I can't tell you how many times I had women come chat it up cause they loved that car..and if that makes it a girls car...I'm OK with that :)

    I disgaree, why take a higher payment and have an adjustable second loan? If the PMI is written into the loan, then its tax deductable because it is part of your mortgage now. Secondly, depending who you go through, loans are often sold and having 2 loans bouncing around is a huge headache.

    Are both rates on the combo loan fixed? Either way I would go with a single loan any day of the week. 2 open mortgage tradelines may actually hurt your credit more then one.

    PS2: Dynasty Tactics 2 - $9.99 A/C!

    Dynasty Tactics is a great game, by far one of the best I have ever played. Be aware that its not a game that you pick up and just start playing. It has a learning curve of a few hours but once you get it down, you won't put it down. Thanks for the post!
