Sometimes you can play around with the different numbers (FT# and FM# will work as far as I know) and get better/different offers.

Got the last one in Tulsa. I tried to do the pricematch on the DVD drive while I was there but the manager wanted to add the rebate price into the pricematch. :(
Thanks bigmouth.
The guy at the checkout started to have second thoughts about the pricematch when the rebate form printed out at the end. He's like "our price would be cheaper with the rebate so I shouldn't have done the pricematch." I said "Oh well" and grabbed my stuff and headed for the...
If Fry's is selling it for $109 then why not pricematch that price over at Circuit City? Then it would be $39, right? $129 - $20 (pricematch) - $50 (rebate #1) - $20 (rebate #2) = $39 + tax.
Got in on the sale a week ago. There was a $15 off $50 coupon that they emailed out that expired on the 31st. My 11 month old daughter is now set for clothes until she's 2...
Has anyone had troubles using the black CD's? I can't read the data off the CD after it's burned. Tried two different burners so far and 3 different readers. I picked up two spindles but think I'm going to take the unopened one back and trade it for silver.
I was wondering how the firewire output of my video camera works. I mean, does it transfer the video as a data file or do I have to watch the video as it's saving it to the hard drive? I have an ATI AIW card with video capture but was wondering if using the firewire port would transfer the...
I had one a while back. But I finally gave up on the unit after about 6 months. For one thing, it's pretty big (especially if you put the little ramp on.) It was hard finding a good spot for it. I never used batteries so I always had to find someplace near an AC outlet. Another problem I...
It was the last one on the shelf. I haven't opened the box yet because I was planning on just selling it. Guess I'll go to a different store and see if I can find a box with the sticker. That way it's the next guy's problem...
<< Should be a sticker on the outside of the box. Anyone know where the MS Money $20 rebate is? I did not open the box yet and the front of the box advertises a $34.95 rebate when you buy TaxCut. I am currently a Quicken customer but I am willing to try MS Money for free (better than free...
According to the page counter on the printer, it's printed 22,320 pages. I'm pretty sure that this is the third toner cartridge to go into it. So I guess the carts are 10,000-11,000 pages. Prices vary when you are looking for toner. I got mine last year and I think I paid about $50 for it...
Repost from a while back. Still a good deal on a fast printer. I bought mine from my work when they closed down about two years ago. The cheapest place I've found for toner has been e-baay. I picked a toner cart up about a year ago when the low toner warning came on. I just put it in though...
In the ad today, Staples has the Epson Glossy Photo-Quality Inkjet Paper for $13.69 (100 Sheets). They also have a buy 2 get 1 free sale for this paper. So 3 packs should come up to $27.38+tax. This seems pretty hot since I just bought 100 sheets of Photo Paper at Costco for $20 and thought...
I thought auction sites were geared more towards the seller and
not the bidder.
But I could be wrong. It's just that
every time I try to bid on something it ends up selling
for the same price I would pay at a retail store. Are there really good deals there
or what? One thing that irritates...
My Costco no longer carries the Konica paper. Instead they have the Epson Photo Paper. 100 sheets for $19.99. I knew I should have picked some up the last time I went in when I saw they were running low! :frown:
I would imagine that since the rebate is specific to CompUSA and is only going on this week that it is considered a different promotion. I've done it with other companies in the past (3dfx, Imation...) and never had any problems. I think the one in December was through Computers4sure, right...
I don't think I've seen a post about this yet. But the CompUsa ad from Sunday has a 32MB Compact Flash card from Lexar for $59.99 and has a $28 mail in rebate so the final price is $31.99. It's the 4x with jumpshot cable.

Rebate dates are 2/17/01 to 2/24/01.
Both rebates ask for original UPC off the Hard Drive. Usually the Staples rebate states "original or copy of UPC" but it doesn't say that on this one. I don't think you can combine the two rebates.
If I order these online and do the in-store pickup will I get a receipt that can be used with the rebate? Will the receipt have todays date or the day I pick the item up (Sunday)?
Also, you can get the VTech 1962 for the same price. (#410061)
$59.99
-15.00 coupon
-30.00 rebate
--------------
$14.99 + tax
Not sure which phone is better but the 1962 has caller id built in. Maybe you can edit your title to add this model # as well.
Scanner seems to still be available in the 95828 zip. Just picked up the scanner for $4.94 + tax (after rebates.) Staples rebate center states that a copy of the UPC can be sent in so the original will be mailed in with the Visioneer rebate. Super deal!
The Costco here in Sacramento carries the Konica brand photo paper. 50-pack is $9.99. I haven't tried the epson brand paper yet but the Konica paper has given me awesome results.
I've been thinking about getting the CUSL2-C mobo. Are they all made in China or should I look on the box first? Though I can't imagine why it would matter...
Plus the cd comes with a postcard to send in to cancel your AOL account. I've been using this cd for a while to bump my order up in price. I make sure to send in every postcard even though I don't have an AOL account... :-)
