sadly it appeared that 4.2 ghz that i wrote about before is not stable, i had to lower it to 3.9. i guess it happens because i do not adjust voltages, only ratio.
one more thing, this same costa rica cpu overclocked a bit less on that "high end" motherboard: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z87-G45-GAMING.html#hero-overview

i have H81M-HD3 motherboard and two G3258 cpus.
one has written MALAY on it and other COSTA RICA.
malay overclocks to 3.8, costa rica to 4.2.
friend has H81M-P33 and overclocks to 4.4.
both of us change ONLY the multiplier (ratio) parameter and...
