http://xfxforce.com/en-us/ Try messaging their support team to be sure. You don't want to buy the wrong fans! They may even replace the card for you. If I recall correctly, most XFX cards have a lifetime warranty.

Unfortunately, that isn't supported by Chromecast, so that isn't an option. Have you considered a Roku or Apple TV? Those might be able to help you.

Alienware 17 (2015) vs. Cyberpower Fangbook EVO HX7 200

Since you're going ot be Skyrim, and most likely installing mods, you will need ALL of the Vram you can get. The Fangbook has double what the Alienware has, so I would go for that.

Plex fans: why do you use Plex?

Personally, I use Plex because it's extremely easy for me to use outside of my house. If I'm at College, I can't have my own NaS, and I don't have the space for a 8+ hdd tower to hold all of my content locally. Using plex, I can just plug a chromecast (or something along the likes of that)...

For the streaming device, you could use something like a Chromecast/Roku. If you haven't already, look into "Plex."

Software wise, you should consider using F.lux. Changes your screens brightness to help your eyes. Takes a bit to get used too, but it's nice!

Who still burns DVD's in 2013 !?!?

I still do it. Burning to Discs for xbox 360/ps2/dreamcast/wii games is pretty conversant. Also, i have discs for memtest/other tools just in case i need them. It's nice to have.

Yes. You can actually just keep your hdd in. Your boot priority will be 750gb > original hdd You can keep your programs on the original one, and they will run fine. I do the same for my rig.

When it comes to gaming, your graphics card means almost everything. You unfortunately can't fit a good one in a budget with an i5/fx-8350/etc. You may render video slower, but your games WILL have higher fps and perform better on higher resolutions with this build, which is what you want...

- Chromecast - Roku - Wireless All-In-One Media Keyboard - Basic HTPC with storage - Decent internet connection to handle it all - Hulu Plus - Netflix - Plex - XBMC (If you're into that) That's all you need :)
