Upgrade advice, from an ATI X1800Xl.

Looks like an all around good power supply. From what I've seen you don't want to go any lower than that. The minimum power requirements for some R9 390's are a 600w PSU. So if you want some headroom you might want to go to like 700-750. But that's just what I would do. A 620 should work fine...
