When someone calls in, I want the modem to pick up the phone automatically and send the 9 tone. (basically AT D9,9,9,9,9,9,9,9)

Delusions of Grandeur? With an accent? Buddy... listen to what you are saying... first of all...
1) the accent has a POS 4 cylinder... there is no way the engine bay can fit a small block... let alone a big block V8....
2) this would kill the weight distribution in the car and the accent...

you are running the desktop as a web page.. go to your display properties... and uncheck it... Windows2000 automatically switches over to the WEB PAGE view when you try to set a JPG as a wallpaper.
