Cyberpower back to school special-good deal?

Pricing the components at newegg I came up with $647.28 shipped, but that doesn't include the price of the video card, since newegg doesn't carry the geforce 7300, so I think it's good deal on what you are getting plus the fact that it comes all assembled for you.

It has power conditioning, so can someone explain to me what the difference between that and voltage regulation? Is AVR better than power conditioning? edit: looking things over, it seems that power conditioning is just another term for surge protection

Yeah, that happened to me too, so I went back from the beginning and started over and luckily on the second try I got my order submitted. It sure did take long enough just to get to the order page, for all I was getting there for awhile was a page not found message.
