Value line my butt - this is 667 RAM overvolted to 2.1V and clocked higher from the factory :P Still a good deal, but you can get the same results with most decent 667 RAM if you put the 2.1V into it.
Also note this RAM specs 2.1V, so make sure you don't have those picky 1.8V only boards.
