I am running my 600 at 900 msi socklet..soyo 6ba+III mother bd...256 ram..stock fan 1.65v...runs at 38c will go to 990 but need to up voltage..and fan very happy where I am..running cool and fast for my games...have 256mx vidio bd...good luck with yours.
What mother bd. do you have...just upgraded BH6.1 from 128 to 256...errors..had to reduce sp. from 900 to 824...moved sticks around trying different slots...now in 1&2 running fine at 850...who knows...but try moveing ram to different slots, several others on this form have had good luck...
got retail 600 celron 10 days ago for onvia and msi 6905 master scoklet,running in soyo 6ba+3 bd. ...hit 900 first try with stock fan, running cool and fast...like just fine.
my bios didnot support above an 8 mult. and could not find any info on volt ...i have soyo 6ba+III board, Installed celeron600 in a MSI-6905 master slocket set volt to 1.55 on msi6905...plugged in turned it on now running 600@900 stable and fast... checked my bios now says I have 9x...
i have bx board--soyo6ba-III, running old cellron 400@540and tried my son's coppermine 533@800 in Iwill slotket, ran just fine...I have new coppemine on order now with MSI 6905 master slotket...this has voltage adjustmet on slotket ....some bx boards donot have correct volt for coppermine...
