Why count the undervotes? Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't undervotes are no votes? Using Pres. Clinton's reasoning - no intercourse -> no sex; therefore, no penetration -> no vote!!

The sad thing is that Gore can't even carry his own state. Had he won that, Florida would not even be in the picture.

Throughout all this, it just amazes me how the Democrats kept on saying that all votes need to be counted and the rule of law. However, the law does not state that everything has to be on hold until all votes are counted. Time does not wait for anybody.
