I used to take BCAA earlier, but these days just depending on natural foods and diet.
Moreover it will take some time to muscle to gain that much of intensity which body supplement provides, yet it's much safer way to survive more. Just my two cents...
Find a weight you think will enable you to hit the target rep range and set the pin in the stack accordingly. I prefer to use a straight bar . Keep your body straight and your core engaged as you press down; squeeze your triceps at the bottom. Keep it dead simple!!!
Probably, I'm doing lots of exercises in Biceps training.
However, I do something like this on Biceps day!!!
Standing Barbell Curls - 4x10
Alternate Dumbbell curls - 3x10
Preacher curls - 3x10
Hammer curls - 3x10
Am I over training or what????
They have exactly the same spec but the Dell is $100 more than the ASUS.
Specificaion: Hashwell i5, 13.3" 1080p touch, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD
The ASUS does have extra ports, i.e. HDMI and SD card slots. But the Dell is smaller and lighter and better looking. :)
