Lifting and running more often has made me healthy and hiking the trails in Washington have been worth the journey I've been on since my weight loss.

Decided to go out and buy a squat rack. It's been great! I can workout any time I like and I have enough weights to do the big 3 with a few accessory workouts.
My friend's brother just bought an alkaline water machine that was over 4k. Honestly, I don't see any benefit from it. Some of the sites I've come across don't explicitly say it benefits you. It talks about how alkaline could help your body....
