Need opinions on different DDR4 RAM (choices inside)

I have four different RAM choices (listed in the poll). Will be using in a Z170/6700k system - mostly for discrete GPU gaming @ 1440p/144hz and video editing/rendering every now and then. Currently leaning towards G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR4 3000, just because it offers the "fastest" RAM speed at $85...

HD 6950 for low 1440x900 resolution

It's a core 2 quad at 3 ghz :( it's a Friend's system but he wont be playing the most demanding of games like TW 3 and Fallout 4. It'll mostly be for other games that came out pre 2014. But he does want to play the newest assassins creed and i predict that it'll be an unplayable experience

Enabling AMD Crossfire - second card is "Disabled Adapter"

any 3d application I run pegs GPU1 at 100% usage with GPU2 at 0%, so that gives me the assumption that it doesn't work. I can't speak for performance, since i still won't have optimal performance regardless
