Eccp not sending?

I can't seem to get eccp to send results on one of my computers (win2000pro). There are about 700 points ready to be sent, any suggestions?

Networking Apartment: 4 PCs, Linksys Wired/Wireless 4-port Router

go the cable route. If you can't put them through closets/walls, you could run them along the bottom edge of walls/under carpet. Best place for price on bulk cable is Home Depot by far. Their connectors aren't the best price, but for only a few they are fine.

I think the SDSL will be cheaper than a private line. I'm not sure if DSL will work o the leased line either, due to the distance? which mean you may have to go with a r atm/isdn connection. I'm thinking the SDSL is your best option if available...

I read somewhere about a guy who setup his own DSL. I don't have the link, so I'll try and remember. What was needed was an "alarm line" to the phone company. What this is (to my understanding) is just a plan set of wires with nothing on it. I guess it is used for home alarm systems. Now...

Where I'm located (Detroit, Michigan) you can get a T1 for around $500-600, which isn't that much if you run your phone lines through it too. SDSL solutions run around $150 for 1Mbit

Problems with pci card

Tried that, goes through the check for new hardware (takes about 5 minutes), then says it didn't find anything. I can try installing it anyway, but of course it doesn't work because windows doesn't know where to find it...

Problems installing Network Card

Tried that, and it does. Also, the lights show up on the back of the card and on the router, so the hardware is seeing a connection, it's just that windows 95 doesn't seem to realize it has a network card attached to it...

Problems with pci card

HP pavilion 7125 running windows 95a trying to install SMC 1211tx (pci network card) Windows doesn't pick up the card as being there. Tried installing the drivers anyway, but no go. No settings in the bios for the PCI slots. Tried all three available PCI slots. any ideas?

Need advice on home network/server setup

My recommendation would be to use the computer as an e-smith serverE-smith server. It's based off a redhat kernel, and provides NAT, DHCP, DNS, MySql, Apache, PHP, Perl, POP, IMAP, SMTP, just to name a few...

I know it's not IE, also tried installing Netscape, and email doesn't work. I can only ping some hosts on the internet by ip...I'll try those keys.

Help! I need a step by step guide for VPN using the Linksys routers.

I guess the best solution is to use ProxyPass for www, setup a relay mail server on the firewall, and also a FTP proxy? What about the security with an FTP proxy setup in reverse like this? Any recommendations as to the FTP proxy software? Thanks

Networking Help with DSL

I switch would work fine for your situation. The benefit for you to go behind a router would be to use it as a firewall for your computers. However, if you play alot of games online from more than one computer you'll save alot of headaches if you just use the switch.
