why hwinfo64 alert me of vcore voltage 1.5 and sometime 2 v
and system information viewer which is from gigabyte like my motherboard did not alert me of a cpu vcore spike ??
do you thing hwinfo64 reading error ??

I was running hwinfo64 and gigabyte system information viewer at the same time
I set both to alet me when vcore reched 1.3
hwinfo64 gave an alert cpu vcore 1.560v
gigabyte system information viewer did not gave me any alert
????????
I opened the program (hwinfo64) since 1 hour and it did not happened again
it rarely happen but why hwinfo64 report a spike of vcore voltage up to 2 V
for a second then come again to normal ??
I'm not overclocking and everything is defult in bios

I noticed in max value the vcore voltage was 2V
and during watching some youtube videos
hwinfo64 report vcore 1.5v for a sec
I stress test the cpu with aida64 (full load) for 10 seconds
and vcore was stable 1.240v
so whats wrong with hwinfo64 report up to 2v for a 1 second I thing only ...
