Yes it is, anyway I tried to update the bios but in the process my computer restarted itself and bricked the mobo, bought another mobo, problem solved.
I remember updating it several times but I dont know if the latest version I used was 1.8 or 1.9....., even then I should ve had this issue like days or weeks after the update not a year later, well lets give it a check.

The PC is connected to a backup outlet of my UPS, when I want to turn the PC on first I have to turn on the UPS, then is when sometimes the leds start to flash in an intermittent way, and by flash I meant repeatedly turn on then off, then on again, etc.
The led of the cpu activity in the front, the blue led of the side fan cooler and the red led of the PSU (the latter cannot be seen in the video) start to flash when they receive electricity from my UPS.
This happens like once every two weeks on average after I turn my UPS on where that PC is connected, I can turn the PC on and game on it with no problem at all, its been happening about a year. The thing is I'm planning a gpu upgrade (R7 265 or r9 380) but I don't know if this issue might damage...
