help! network disaster

what are the ip addresses on the two comps? i think that they ip address would have to be the same except for the last part of the address. 192.168.0.xxx <~~ for example only the xxx part would be different. at least thats how i have it set up on my network. hope this helps.

Problems signing on mIRC when setup on SMC Router

Hi people. I'm new to this forum but I'm having trouble signing on to mIRC when I installed my SMC Barricade 4 port router. mIRC kept telling me that they're having trouble with my IDENTD. What is that? Do you guys have any solutions? I'm using @home cable service with a SMC Router. Thanks...
