Agreed... The issue IMO is the location of the door in the kitchen to the deck. Move that door forward closer to the pantry then push the island -breakfast bar back a little and enter the deck from the front of the island. Move the pantry to the space down closer to the w/d.
No, it doesn't make sense. The ball is in your court, you own the house so challenge the inspector. Ask him if he did a dye test? If he looks at you and has no clue, tell him you're willing to do a dye test and run the water for 8 hrs. then he can come back and see for himself. Building...
Nagin is a joke, call in the Guard so he doesn't have to foot the bill. Meanwhile he and his friends keep lining their pockets... I did some contract work down in LA a few months back; that State is full of corruption. It is honestly one State in the country I'd never want to live in period.
JUST AN IDEA...Assuming your bedrooms are on the second floor, it's most logical place to put the laundry. Not really expensive to do and it's a HUGE plus at the time you're ready to sell.
That's the most sensible idea, utilize what you have... The idea of the wall separating the laundry is GREAT. Now the laundry is near the stairs, dirty clothes down and clean clothes right upstairs to the bedrooms eliminating foot traffic through the kitchen. I see no need for natural light...
It's nice to see exact dimensions. Let me start by saying if it was my house, I'd relocate the deck stairs and put windows and french doors from the door in the kitchen all the way around to the door in the great room. If you're not looking to spend that kind of money. Then, lose the bathroom...
Get rid of the closet in the lower right, have a table come off that wall towards the kitchen and add bankette seating on the odd-shaped wall of the bathroom. Nice breakfast nook with plenty of light and view of the outdoors while drinking a cup of "joe" and reading the morning paper. You can...
The fridge in front of the island is a little strange, the door in the top of the kitchen leads to ? Here's a idea: The center island gets chocked on a forty five degree angle, move the dishwasher to it and put the fridge where it is. Add a cabinet to the center Island and lose the breakfast...
Good Luck, I make a point of never talking to my ex's. It's just better that way... There's only one I'd take back, only because it was a job relocation that set us apart.
Not at all, he didn't flinch...
I've owned 3 Kimbers in the past, I'll be getting one again for sure...
I got a great deal on the GG&G upper that's why I bought it. I wanted a 16" upper so I could work on my iron sight shooting at 100 yds. It's my first rifle, I'm sure more uppers...
The space in the lower right is wasted; windows or not. If the bathroom is not complete I would move it to the upper right of the foyer. The door in the upper center of the kitchen goes where?
The nook is a waste f space in the lower right, move the laundry down there and have that space for transition in to the great room. When entertaining do you really want your guests looking at your laundry? I wouldn't... What is the room in the lower center connected to the bath?
I recently decided to rotate my inventory so I bought a few new toys... A Sig P239SAS, Springfield XD40 Tactical, Kel-Tec P3AT, G34 in .22 cal and a Pre Ban Bushmaster AR-15. Here are a few pics:

A Glock is a good choice for a first gun, but they are not as infallible as the die-hard Glock Talkers wish. I've owned many guns including a G27 which I carried for quite sometime and recently sold. Having experienced the Glock, I would never use a Glock as my daily carry gun again. Why...
Hitler? You might want to read some History books...
Welcome to America, where your opinions don't have to agree with or be supported by the mainstream Democractic controlled media. If you're going to call people names, it's "you're a fvcking troll idiot"; you might want to study both...

The answer to your question is SIMPLE; I don't want myself, my friends or family maimed or killed by anyone.
How many people do you know that hunt rabbits with an AK or UZI? I don't know any and I'm around guns and the shooting sports almost everyday.
Go play, but if you rely on the "NYPD 12-14lb. trigger" to save your life; there is a good chance you'll LOSE. The anti-gun liberal NYC politicians are more concerned about lawsuits than protecting their officers and the civilians they're suppose to "Protect and Serve".
I rely on a "NY...
