I would pick the Geforce GTX 960. I'm slowly gathering the parts to build a new computer. My wife would use the new computer to watch all her knitting podcasts and I would try to sneak in some game time every now and than lol
Jim, you could go with the first link I posted using something like Windows 7 Pro 32bit with out any issues. You can also go even cheaper and buying a Raspberry Pi 2 and loading it with Windows 10 but you do need some skills to set it up...

I put a deposit down for a truck but it wasn't a crazy amount. Only reason I did it was cause someone else was eyeing the truck as well. In the end I got my deposit back and I got my truck as well.
