Winters was promoted to Captain while he was still Easy Company CO. Later promoted to Regiment XO. *** took over Easy Company, he was a 1st Lt. The platoon leaders were mostly 2nd Lts.

He was promoted to XO, but was not promoted rank wise. He was still captain. When they assault the town, he does not go with E company, but stays back with the CO and watches the attack. He gave orders to the E company CO over the radio.

It pretty much comes down to this; More HP gives you higher speed, more torque gives you better acceleration. There are other factors though, such as weight, gear ratio, etc.

I still don't see how a muzzle break will help when hunting. It's not that hard to keep the gun stable for the first shot, if you're going full auto that's when the muzzle break is most effective. Anyways, what kind of ammo do you all use for hunting? For regular shooting?

Some other places you might want to look PTC is here and here for an SKS. A good place with good shipping on ammo (but out of stock) is here, I got my ammo and extra mags from centerfire. Shipping for a 1000rd crate was $14.50 to NE PA and is around $8 I think from cabelas.

Colt45, yes it's an AKM (stamped receiver). So has every AK been since 1951, that was the date the last true milled receiver AK47 was made. But to those who aren't as smart about guns as us, it's easier to say an AK47 :)

Aim Surplus $300 shipped to your FFL, and what ever the transfer fee is from your FFL dealer. It's a Romanian made 7.62x39 AK47/AKM (SAR-1), the least fancy AK, but just as reliable as any other. I didn't expect to get a 40rd magazine with it (along with a small cap mag), won't match my other 4...
