When considering GPU upgrades, it is important you figure out what you want out of the upgrade. Are the games unplayable/crash often? Are you moving to a higher resolution? I increased frame rate your goal?
These questions will dictate when or if you need an upgrade.

This thing got delayed, unfortunately.
21:9 1440 is really something, I picked up that 34 LG a while back and I really cant go back. Just wish it was curved/had some kind of -sync with it.
Heres how I look at it, having turfed my 280x recent:
Are there games you cannot play currently because of your card? Get a new one
Are your games playable but you want higher framerates/bought a new monitor? Maybe get a new one
Are your games fine? Keep it and wait.
