Just plugged mine in. Here's some 3d mark numbers at factory clocks (w/ a 6700k feeding it atm):
Time Spy: 7486
Fire Strike Ultra: 6157
Fire Strike: 18939
Edit: So far it seems stable when overclocked at 2Ghz (boost), and 10.9Ghz mem (+220 core clock, +450 mem clock):

As strange as it sounds, it may be the cable. AFAIK you need a powered cable (or a very, very short one) to handle the bandwidth for 4k HDR. Also, you need to have HDCP 2.0 configured to be able to use 4k HDR for most devices (yay DRM...)
