That is because I am aware of the static electricity hazard and use special static free tools.
Q: Can you tell me the special static free tools, please?
Thanks
This is a counter based on some 2d graphics.

click (make 250) to increase graphics complexity and see the actual frame rate. It decreases with increasing complexity.
1. I find it smoother (higher frame rate) when I decrease the resolution. So I am not sure if the refresh rate equals the frame rate.
2. Also, programs seem faster in lower resolution (not higher frame rate, but faster responses).
Thanks for answering
I found this
1. http://www.androidbenchmark.net/
2. http://www.iphonebenchmark.net/
3. http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/test-centre/mobile-phone/whats-fastest-phone-2016-uk-3515533/
but I found a lot of criticism of benchmarks, like https://mostly-tech.com/tag/sunspider/
