I just pulled the trigger on one of those as well. And I too won't care if they don't unlock. I was in the market for a $199 4GB model from the very beginning anyways.
That's actually what I spent for my GTX 960 back in December. I just sold that card at the beginning of last month in anticipation of the RX 480 and got $185 for it. :)
If I can score a RX 480 AIB for around $220, that'll be some insane performance increase for not that much more $$$. :) Now...
My budget is around $240. I never liked blower style coolers and therefore am waiting to see what the AIB have to offer (and the GTX 1060 to a lesser extent as well even though I'm pretty sure that'll be more than $240). My hopes are at a decent AIB 4GB model being $220...
