This is probably something really stupid to ask, but we don't have a Staples round here. Does someone have a scanned copy of the rebate form? I would be most grateful.
Just in case someone was wondering. The link listed above does not give the rebate form. The rebate form comes in the mail with the phone. Thats why I asked KraftSingle.
Maybe its just me.. but has anyone else recieved that retractable phone cord a while back from Cisco? I know they're usually pretty good about sending out stuff, but I don't seem to have gotten mine yet.

Oh yeah... just in case someone needs to return something (they do screw up orders sometimes... wrong sizes have been my problems), they take a while to process the order, but they ship it back to you free overnight. Hope that helps :)
Well giving you're debit card number in a purchase is like giving them hard cash, the transfer cannot be disputed. When you use a CC and the merchandise never arrives, you can always use the clout of the CC company to help you dispute.
I don't know how earth friendly it is, but back in Asia shark liver oil is kind of like cod liver oil. You take it for improved health, as a supplement especially for growing kids (I never took any personally, my parents didn't "believe in it"). If they've been doing it for centuries...
Actually, their online store (almost) continually has discounts on a different items. Free shipping on orders over $75. Especially good deals are the t-shirts (non graphic). The ringer tees usually discount to $10 but now $6.99, and they are much thicker than t-shirts.
