replaced paste 2 times, add 1 more fan but still no big different on idle, so I'm sure the processor is bad and need to be replaced :D
Another interesting found with my 5 years old heatsink is maybe its not correctly contacted, it only contacted with 2 pipe to e5-2683
while with phenom 955...
Previously I'm using AMD Phenom II X4 955 with Enermax ETS-T40, on idle temperature is 39°C now on same condition using E5-2683 V3 (ES) + ETS-T4 the temperature average is 60°C it is normal?
