I have just upgraded to Ver 6.0 and it is far better than ver 5. With 5 it took ages for my computer to become useable from boot up. Now with 6 it boots to the desktop quicker and scans are quicker too. I will certanly be renewing my subscription when its up for renewal.
I agree, nero 7 is ok not a great improvment over 6 and yes, lots of bloatware. I wish they would just concentrate on the burning software and leave all the other crap to Microsoft who are great at it.

Total Annihilation from Cavedog, been playing it on and off since it came out. Got a mod which makes enemy AI better and puts build cap from 250 to 500 units. Play it on my network against my two boys and I still can't beat them cause they gang up on me.:)

I have the same thing but I know that the files belong to my anti-virus program, I expect it may be the same with you. You could try booting into safe mode and then deleting them that somtimes works.
The program you need is D.I.K.O, just do a google search for D.I.K.O and you will find it, great program, makes great working copies
