I am using Sync2, which works by syncing items between Outlook and Google. And if you would link your phone to the same google account - items would reach it as well. Google is acting as a midway for your items you can read more about it there...
I want to point out one of the easiest way to sync Outlook to your android by using google sync, that products calls Sync2 and it is very user friendly tool without many buttons or other confusing stuff.
