What controls Turbo Core in Xeons?

well, I got dual socket xeons e5-2686 v3 QS 18c/36t on asrock rack ep2c612-ws board, they both are unlocked on all 36 cores/72 threads @3.5ghz, using randir's efi driver with microcode x39 included, -50 undervolt on vcore, vssa and cache. very stable and a long running tested system.

What controls Turbo Core in Xeons?

anyone got issues with latest windows versions and initial boot? my c6 states are disabled and all seems to work ok, however a certain bios setting in the past prevented install with vtd extensions, currently i do have c3 and c6 for cpu, but the offending other setting remains off(max c states...

does not work on V4 Broadwell cpu. Also cpu is unlocked does not mean anything, it still wont allow you to tweak anything, It is locked for all intents and purposes

upgrading an 5820k to xeon v3/ 780 ti sli --->1080 SC acx3 sli, psu+case ok?

Build project is under way, for the time being added 16gb ram(=48gb total), added samsung 500gb ssd, first benchmark of crystal mark. Funny the game stutters are gone due to the ssd, even still with the 780 ti sli http://imgur.com/a/P1NTP?

hd encoding? about 5000% better.... that link is sold out, found another similar, cant send it, use search but dont go for es- insist on QS which is= oem/retail stepping and clocks. @lolfail9001: multiplier maybe, not speed bins which can be set to 3.5ghz all / in the bios, titan pascal...
