I agree with patrickj that you hafta call em, I would call em before the 3 weeks are up asking like "hey when I gonna get ma giftcert?" then call back exactly the day they said it might come, my mci took nearly 2 months, else I would have switched a couple more time. ;-)

the bungholes at mci didnot even give me the credit for changing my LD carrier, called for my gift cert, the rep put in a memo for me and told me I will get a reply by 10 business days, mind you I signed up in nov 22 some, I think it is BS to just make me keep mci for another 10 bus days, let...
